Privacy

Short, because the service does very little.

What is collected

Nothing is stored. The figures you pass to a tool are used to compute that one response and are not written to any database, log store, file or third-party service. There are no user accounts, no authentication, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels.

What is processed

Each request carries the deal or business figures you chose to share. They exist in memory for the length of the request — typically milliseconds — and are discarded when it ends. Every tool is read-only: nothing is created, changed or deleted anywhere as a result of using this service.

Who else sees it

No one. Data is not sold, shared or disclosed to third parties. The service makes no outbound calls to any API.

The buying tools show a link to Kautilya. It only opens if you click it, and it carries a tag naming the tool you came from (for example src=chatgpt-deal-desk&tool=screen_deal) — never anything you entered.

Your conversation itself is handled by whichever assistant you are using — ChatGPT or Claude — under that provider's own privacy policy, which governs the chat. This policy covers only what this service does with what it receives.

Hosting

Served from Vercel. Vercel's edge network handles standard request routing and may retain transient operational logs under its own policy. We add no logging of request contents.

Children

The service is for business owners and acquirers and is not directed at children.
