Opening the app URL in a browser shows "405 Use POST for MCP"

That is correct. The URLs speak the Model Context Protocol, not web pages; add them inside ChatGPT or Claude, not the address bar. Setup is on the main page.

A line says "missing" instead of a number

Deliberate. If the tool would have to guess a figure — what it costs to replace the owner, the borrowing rate a buyer can get — it leaves it blank and says what to find out. Give the assistant the figure and it will rerun.

Why no market multiple?

No sourced comparables are loaded, so none are quoted. The range comes from what the cash flow can finance, with every assumption shown.
